She is passionate about school climate and culture, teacher development, and ensuring that student voice and engagement are alive and reflected in their school and space. Robin understands the elements of a positive school climate and how it impacts students and staff, both academically and emotionally. Throughout her career, she has successfully shifted various school climates by implementing social emotional learning components, Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS), utilizing restorative practices with students, and  engaging diverse community groups,  individuals, and organizations to provide appropriate wraparound supports, connections, and experiences for students.

As a deeply dedicated, compassionate leader and student advocate, Robin is thrilled to be a Robin Coach and work with students, teachers and administrators to support environments where students can develop their authentic selves, navigate the often confusing waters of their adolescent years, and become equipped with tools and strategies that allow them to thrive in all areas of life.
