An educator, author, and basketball coach, Jason’s background includes experience in urban and private education, coaching at the middle school and high school levels, and writing a best-selling book. In 2019 Jason co-founded 4D Athletes, and he continues to develop world class content for parents, coaches, and athletes to help them develop leadership and life skills to thrive through modern day challenges.

Jason has worked with schools, student athletes of all ages, parents, and coaches from across the nation, teaching them mental fitness and leadership and life skills that enhance their sports experience as well as help them win in the game of life. His life mission is to create a world where anxiety, depression, and suicide are irrelevant issues in our global society.
